Simply put, I get mad at the smallest crap.
Like, if a cap won't go on a water bottle right, it could set me off. But I still have morals and common sense, so I dont hurt people or break stuff, but then I can only keep it held in.
Then, I can't stand when my family knows anything about me. Like, the smallest thing that they find out, I freak out (like above)
There's more that I don't want to talk about on publicly, Help with what you can, if you can? :/
Thanks
(P.s; I love being social, so its probably not a privacy thing? idk..)
(P.s.s. No Christians trying to convert me or "just talk to them" responses, thanks..)

I use to be like that. I couldn't help but take everything so seriously! But now, I'm completely different. I think what you should try doing is changing the way you see things. Why do you get mad when the cap on a water bottle doesn't go on right?. Maybe instead you should try laughing about it. For example, practice throwing in some humor in every situation. Instead of getting really mad, you can be like "Stupid bottle, you're no better then any other bottle!" *throws it away* haha. You know, something like that. If people find out one thing about you then lucky them! You're only the best haha. Idk, just try to change your perspective a little I guess. Hope that helps.
