"The holder of a long-stay visa or a residence permit issued by a Schengen country is entitled to move freely within the other states which comprise the Schengen Area for a period of up to 90 days in any 180 days.[194]"
There are no passport controls inside the Schengen area but you must have your passport with you.
You need to look at your visa and find out if it is single-entry, double-entry, or multiple entry. If it is single entry then you must be careful to not exit the Schengen area at all until it is time for you to go home.
