I have paid for commercial lease to be drawn up £720. I don t want to go ahead with the Lease, am I entitled to get my Lease money back?
Update:
I have paid for a commercial Lease to be drawn up £720. I don't want to go ahead with the Lease, am I entitled to get my money for this Lease back? I have not signed the Lease.
Did you pay 720 as a deposit (which wouldn't be refundable...) or to a lawyer to draft the lease documents? Assuming the latter, as long as they drew up the docs, they get paid. If the former, that will be explained in the lease, but most likely no.
if you have signed the lease it is enforceable, if you want to back out of it, it not likely the lessor will refund your money, he will apply that to any penalty he is eligible to charge you for breaking the lease
You committed to the lease, paid the money and if it is drawn up already then you have lost that money, if you have not signed the contract then it is up to you if you do or not but you will not get back anything you have already paid out

You may be required to fulfill the entire term of the lease if you have signed it.
Not if they already did the work of drawing up the lease.

No - you paid for the lease to be drawn up, which it was.
Only if the lease has not be drawn up yet. If it has then No.
