Unfortunately my Daddied in Aug. 2011 in El Salvador originally where I'm from a small country in Central America. My aunt got in contact with us immediately and let My mother and I know that he left my sister and I money in his will. My sister didn't get any of the money because of her age, and I couldnt get any money at that time because I had not been finished with my high school diploma or G.E.D. He said the only way I could get is if I had my school send them a letter of how I'm doin g and my progress in school and of course that was no problem.. But I stopped asking for them cuz my mother said my aunts number got disconnected. Of course I let my other family in El Salvador know and I asked If they could get in contact with them.. but LONG STORY SHORT!
Is there an International place I can get in contact with anybody in el salvador to see if I can get ahold of that unclaimed money from my Dad :/ ¡In Serious need of Help!

No there is no such international place where you can get any satisfaction of your claim. Do you actually have a copy of that will and know exactly what it says? First you need to know who the executor of the will is, in which court jurisdiction it was filed for probate and lastly the court case number, if possible. Then you could at least get the paperwork that was filed and any actions and distributions taken to date.
However, since you are several thousands of miles away, it will be difficult to take any actions, other than possibly write the judge a letter (after you looked at the court file), which can be very effective. But your best bet is to visit El Salvador and talk to the people involved there. Alternatively, you could hire a lawyer to investigate, but that costs you money up front.
