The two are in History and English. i have no clue what to do. :( help! what do i tell them so tht i dont get in too much trouble. the fact tht i have two c's is daunting enough to me.

Considering it's your first time I wouldn't be too scared...but show it to them sooner or later.
And two c's ARE NOT terrible, and if your semeseter isn't all the way over you have plenty of time pull them up. Don't stress over it.
Tell your parents straight out. Explain that you are really upset with the C's--as much as they are.
Give them a plan that will ensure that you will improve for the next report card.
This plan should include talking to the two teachers. When you talk to the 2 teachers ask them what you need to do to improve.
Did you read all the material that was assigned. If so, think about your reading. Did you skim or did you actually think about what you were reading. Make notes at the end of each chapter and compare the notes to see how the different books tie together.
Were you prepared when you came to class? If not, you probably did not participate in class. This lack of participation gives teachers the impression that you don't care. Going to see them for help on improving would get rid of this impression.
Good luck. This may seem like the end of the world, but it is early in the term and you can improve. I have faith in you. Have faith in yourself.

You got what you earned. If it is not what you wanted, you should have worked harder and should do better next time. As far as telling them. Just do it. You shouldn't lie or put off the news. You should just face up to what you got and accept any consequences. Just work harder next time.
