Yes you can get stuck "on" or stuck "off" pixels inside the screen. These are the coloured transistors that produce the image on the screen. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, either accept it or get a new screen. Even if it is under warranty you need a certain number of dead pixels to be classed as a fault
