That handle is riveted on, and not with cheap little rivets you can squeeze on with a handheld tool. Do you have the capacity to drill out and replace those rivets?

Toss it and get something better. Either something cheaper that you don't have to worry about the handle breaking off, or a 100-year-old Sidney cast iron skillet. If you break the handle off that, your problem isn't frying pans.
