Does any one know where to get a replacement clutch on the motor side an where it was oiled filled can you run that clutch with out the oil we need the shim that goes between the clutch an the starter/gen/tranmission

For a 50 year old vehicle that wasn't common at the time, the parts are probably not made and used parts are likely difficult to find. You may have to find a machine shop that makes custom parts.
Yes I know exactly where you can get it go on to eBay right now and put 1970 Harley Davidson golf cart clutch into the search box.
look at the pictures that it pulls up for the clutches in the clutch parts for that golf cart and order what you need it's there right now.
You cannot run a wet clutch without oil. The same oil usually lubricates the engine, and if not in this case, it is still relying on the lubrication.
