Have you actually been to a doctor about the diarrhea specifically? Because it sounds like you are really messing your body up with it. You need to figure out what it is and get it taken care of.

If you received anal sex then you would be more likely to get HIV. You have to exchange a lot of blood or body fluids with an infected person to have any chance of getting it. If you don't know their status then you should get tested for HIV and stds to be on the safe side.

The diarrhea could be an allergy or intolerance. Weight loss can be caused by other issues too, like having a hyperactive thyroid (hypothyroid is when you feel sluggish all the time).

You're just going to have to be patient and keep your self distracted from thinking about it too much, until you can get your results.

If your tests are negative then you should ask your doctor what else could be causing your issues. You should also get re tested in 3-6 months, some times HIV can take a while to develop in tests. If you're negative after both tests then you most likely don't have HIV.
