Dear [name]:
I am writing to apologize after the mess I have made, I’m very hard working both as a team and individual who like helping other staff and work ed really hard when more afford were need such as Chrismas or when staff missing all the mangers where all happy at my work. I’m very reliable, when working at Renault I found a brand new iphone outside on the flour that worth more than £300 where no body was around and I let the manager Steve know that I found it and made sure the following day the person who owns gets back. that was example but I gave lots of the properties I found in that two years and I always look after all the equipments and the staff.
My close cousin completely lied to me and told that you gave the day off. I shouldn’t have listened to him. I understand that let you all down but I made a mistake. I’m sorry all the inconvenience I caused you and the team but I promise I will never happen again. Can I get job back please?
Sincerely,

I would like to apologize for the situation which led to me losing my job.
I am actually a hard working individual and a quality team member. I was always willing to help out by working extra when other staff was unavailable or when personnel was needed on holidays.
Working at Renault, I proved my reliability and honesty on several occasions. Once, I found a new iphone outside on the ground. It was worth 300 pounds. No one around saw me and I could have kept the phone, but I turned it in to my manager who made sure it was returned to the owner the following day. During the two years I worked there, I was able to return other property I found. I made sure I cared for the equipment belonging to the corporation and encouraged my coworkers to do the same.
My cousin had told me that we had been given the day off. (I don't know if he meant it as a joke or was trying to cause me problems.) I should have checked in with my supervisor rather than taking his word for it, but I made a mistake and believed him.
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I caused you and my work team. I promise it will never happen again. Would you please consider giving me another chance. I would very much like to continue my employment with you. Could I return to work please?
Sincerely,
I hope this helps you get your job back.
Lets try this! (here's the tone)
I have been a loyal employee for the past two years. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a contributing member of this team, that in many ways feels like an extended family. I know I let you and the team down. I only have myself to blame for "buying into" something told to me by someone I thought I trusted. Does this excuse me for what happened, no! I guess if I were you I probably would have terminated me also. The real punishment for me is that I truly recognize what I had done.
I would like to continue to be a member of this team. I always looked forward to coming here. I feel we have quite a bit invested in each other. I would truly like to be given the opportunity to sit down and discuss what it would take for me to be reinstated. I believe we are a good fit for each other, and I anticipate a long term working relationship and career with this company.

Although we both speak English on both sides of the ocean, sometimes the phraseology is a little different.
The key thing here is to sit down and talk about this with your manager. Don't make excuses! The message is that you are there because you want to be there! If you are serious, hand you note to him! It's takes a lot of "guts" to walk back in and discuss this.
LOL ............ your cousin told you that the company gave you the day off , and so you didn`t come in to work ???? Are you THAT naive and gullible ? Can you blame them for putting you out on the street ????
Whining , blubbering and sniveling won`t get you anywhere , Ichabod ! Employers don`t appreciate a quality like that in their employees ! They don`t want someone that blames others for their blunders instead of taking responsibility for their own actions !
Get up off your knees and stop groveling ............ Take control ! Drag your cousin into the company`s HR office by the ears and twist his arm behind his back until he admits it was he that misled you ! Demand the company give you HIS job , and fire HIM !
Show everybody you`re a force to be reckoned with !
