This insn't customer service and ins't Amazon. The RANDOM internet users here don't even have the ability to find out who you are, and couldn't give you a refund if we did.
Then you need to contact Amazon and ask them not YA Q&A as it is nothing to do with Amazon and changes they may have made.... you also need to inform your bank it is either an error and/or to stop any further changes from Amazon Prime

Something similar happened to me, (only it was in $$). Was it a free trial?
This may sound stupid, but when I went to the website to stop it, it was impossible to find out how.
(I think they have since updated it to make it easier). And a lot more money came out of my account
than what they lead me to believe. Maybe they billed it in one lump sum? I'm not sure what happened.
I ended up closing a credit card account, so it would not continue.
Now, I am wary of Amazon Prime. I don't like them.
P.S. You need to go to your Amazon Prime account, and update your account, if possible !

Have they?
It is easy when ordering from Amazon to agree to Prime, I did by mistake so you won't get your money back.
However== go to your Amazon account and take off Prime, it's easy to do.

If Amazon charged you, you'll have to contact them.
