A Turkish university will not accept you. The only place where you can get into university with just GCSEs is the US. You will need to sit the Lise Diplomasi from a Turkish school. Or stay in the UK for two more years and do a couple of A-levels.
No. GCSEs are not the equivalent of high school graduation or A-levels. You must have 12-13 years of primary & secondary academic education (not vocational training) to qualify for apply for admission to universities for bachelor's degree programs. You'll need 2 more years of high school or A-levels before you might be eligible for university.
