Are you sure it was the 1990s? That's the Windows 3.0, Windows NT, Windows 95 and Windows 98 era. What you describe sounds pretty graphics intensive for either of these systems. But I opened up a search and looked at screensavers from those systems and saw nothing like that. So it must be a screensaver you downloaded from the internet and used. Probably the only way you are going to find it is to just do some internet searches like "lake with bridge and snowfall screensaver" etc to try and locate it.

Do a search for your version of Windows for screensavers that work.
Anything from the 90's won't run on a modern system anyway. Those were 16 bit machines, completely obsolete now.
