Hi um I would like to know what exercises I can do to loose weight and I have a shoulder injury and what diet I should take and some exercises for parkour and freerunning thanks
I m literally the same age height and weight lol. I suggest you just go on the treadmill every day for like 15 mins if you want to exercise, that s what I do :)
