Ill feed and lacking medical care and if not fit for work they were sent to death houses and Gas chambers! Many methods were used from gun fire, Gas Lorries used to transport them, Medical experiments etc! Some of the individual stories written explain it much better but this is the basis of the biggest Crime ever committed to Humans up to this date known by man.
