I will probably be living here permanently. As in Forever. I am only 25 and expect the next 40-60 years of my life to be spent primarily in the province of Québec. Regarding how my field of work is most active in Montréal than any other Canadian city.
Was just wondering how an Ontario man like myself would just randomly move here, find a new address, and request a new citizenship following a new driver's license, health card, and all else etc.
Update:Yes I do know you can move anywhere in Canada freely with a Canadian citizenship (which I am). Maybe I shouldn't have used the word "citizenship", I was just asking where do I go to change all my ID over and qualify for all the Quebec government systems/programs (and health care).

Same citizenship. Canadian.
You just move. When there, you get the Quebec health card, and driver's license, and, you are about done.
No such thing as Ontario citizen or Quebec citizen. There is only Canadian citizen. IF you are a Canadian citizen, you can move to any province and become a resident of that province.
IF you are not a Canadian citizen, first you must meet all requirements to immigrate to Canada, apply for PR, and be approved prior to entry to Canada. To immigrate to Quebec, you must meet Quebec's special rules for immigration, not just general Canadian requirements.
There is only one citizenship and that is Canadian, so you move to the other state and become a 'resident'
You just move into the new province and once you have been there a year you are legally a citizen of that province. You know this when you get to vote in the local elections or provincial election of that province.
There is no such thing as being an Ontario or a Québec citizen, there is only one citizenship: Canadian. It is valid coast to coast.
What you have there is a place of *residence*, and you merely establish it by moving and updating your official address with the tax services and other governmental offices (both federal and provincial).
