Im downloading using utorrent and have been for a few months now , My line connection is either 20Mb`s i think. Ive run a speed test and it says im running 8mb`s.

When downloading more than 1 file the avaliable seeds build up to 50 each and speeds reach 1100 kbs in total but then ,this speed it will suddenly shut down, speeds dying to 5kbs each and not recovering to full speed untill i restart utorrent.

whats causing this, and do you sustain a good speed or increase??
