How to decrease amount of trouble I’m in for cocaine and Xanax possession?
if I get stopped and asked to exit the vehicle because the car smelled like weed and I give permission for my vehicle to be searched and they look in my wallet on the side of the door to find cocaine and xanax what can I do to defend against this i didn’t think they’d look in my wallet. I’m 16 from Texas.

There is no defense dude, you got caught. What you do is say how stupid you were and how this has scared the crap out of you and you've changed, etc.
A. They don't need your permission if they smell weed.

C. Courts are pretty lenient on teens. Just act very, very sorry.
Admit everything, tell them you have been a very naughty boy and tell them you are willing to take the punishment you deserve like a man. Do you seriously think a judge is going to listen to a drug addled teenager over a respectable man of the law? A Texan judge?
