can i be an outlaw in the U.S. if i follow these morals? will these morals make me a bad guy? i mean isn't this the "opposite" of what good people do?

OK, you are being sarcastic. You figure that since so many people do not do these things, that by doing them you will be more or less alone.
You are incorrect. A lot of people are good people who do many or most of these things. And Jesus would never have assumed that others are really bad so you have a ways to go with using Jesus as your role model. He also would not have laughed at people using food stamps. He might have given them some bread. And then told you the error of your ways.
I suspect your picture is next to holier-than-thou in the dictionary.
It might be time to add "humility" to your list.
Honestly I am slightly confused by this question, for starters, I don't know why you would want to be an outlaw or be considered an outlaw. Secondly, an outlaw is someone who is a criminal and breaks/lives outside the law. Thirdly, this isn't the "opposite" of what good people do, nor is any of this stuff something a bad person would do. Fourthly, you genuinely sound like any teenage christian i've ever met. So I guess the answer to your question is no, none of these things will make you an outlaw nor should you ever strive to be an outlaw.
Outlaw (n) means
1.A fugitive from the law.
2.A habitual criminal.
3.A rebel; a nonconformist: a social outlaw.
4.A person excluded from normal legal protection and rights.
You cannot be an outlaw unless you want to break the law and give up jesus Christ. Why would you ever want to be an outlaw? You have such good values, dont mess that up!
They would not like you in penitentiary very much....
