All carbon atoms have 6 electrons, even Carbon-13.
start with the given in your question, multiply that by the fact that 1 carbon atom/6 electrons
3.24 x 10 ^23 C atoms x 6 elctrons/1carbon atom = 1.94 x 10^24 electrons

the reason that I flipped the conversion factor that I originally wrote is because we need to cancel out the units atoms and keep the units electrons. So atoms needs to be on the bottom of the conversion factor to cancel the units atoms in the given number. The units electrons does not cancel and that is good because it is the desired unites we wish to find.

For the calculation open your windows calculator, then go to view and choose scientific. Then you can type in the number 3.24 then push the Exp button then type 23 then type the x key then the 6 key.
Do you mean carbon-13?
all isotopes of carbon have 6 electrons and its only number of neutrons that change
(3.24 × (10^23)) * 6 = 1.94400 × 10^24 ELECTRONS
mass number = atomic number(number of protons) + neutrons
13 - 6 = 7 So each atom has 7 neutrons
(3.24 × (10^23)) * 7 = 2.26800 × 10^24
That depends on the element. For example, a mass of all helium will have double the number as of all hydrogen.
