For the final velocity
v^2 = u^2 + 2ax [ v = final velocity, u = initial velocity, a = acceleration & x = distance]
v^2 = 2*10*15*3*10^8*365*24*3600 [assuming that you start from rest]
v^2 = 2*10*15*9.46*10^15
v^2 = 1.89*10^17*15
v = 1.679*10^9 m/s
for time
v = u + at
1.679*10^9 = 10t
t = 1.679*10^8 s
