It depends what you define as nice. Does it mean a pleasing colour or shape, a good layout, lots of space, horsepower, acceleration, make, high or low cost? "Nice" is relative. What I may find nice may not be what another person finds nice.
Personally, what I think to be a nice car is one that works fine, isn't too noisy, can fit enough people and goods as required at the time, has a fairly neutral colour, a shape I find pleasing, and isn't too costly. Make doesn't really bother me that much.

It's difficult since "nice" is a subjective interpretation, it is not an objective perception.
Usually if it looks cool and cost a lot of $$$
