How do you get to Sunnyshore City in Pokémon Pearl ?
the guy keeps saying theres a MAJOR blackout at the city and supposedly you have to restore it but idk how or catch Palkia so help pleasee !!!! O :

You should beat all the gym in Sinnoh first, and then defeat Cyrus at the Spear Pillar. After you caught Palkia, Sunyshore City is now open.
