How do u report a person wanting to commit suicide to the police BUT you only hve their email add¬hing else?

Update:I dont know if the person is pulling my boat but she has been emailing me and telling me her problems. I have given her the samaritans website but she hasn't emailed them i think. Maybe she is just worrying me for no reason
