Will i get abs if i do mountain climbers and pushups im in highschool
Im not really fat(my belly doesn't hang over my belt). But i also don't have any form of abs.
If it doesn't help recommend me some exercises. (Don't recommend a youtube video). Just exercises PLEASE.

crunches, bicycles, wind sprints, sit-ups, there are lots of things that will help. check out some youtube videos on ab routines. oh, planks are pretty good.
but... this will only make your abs stronger, thicker, tougher. It won't guarantee a six pack. they say let me think, 13% body fat is four pack and 11% is six pack? its something close to those. Point being in order for your abs to show, it will depend on your body fat percentage
