Meats can be offered from 9mths. I would finely chop then blend with juices or a little boiled water. Add a wet vegetable to the blend of course choose one that bub has tried before so youre not mixing 2 'new' foods in case of allergic reaction.
Steak is also a good teether, a strip of cold steak to gnaw on cools the gums and they eventually get little pieces, the juices are good vitamin & iron source. Of course as with all foods supervision is a must & if you see a chunk looking ready to come off remove it but it never happened with our 3 just flakes & strands.
I would stick to the regular vegies, fruits, and cereals. I wouldn't introduce the baby to steaks and meats yet. Enjoy the ribeye for yourself. The whole puree steak thing just sounds disgusting and you really don't want to take a chance and have the baby choke on it if it doesnt get puree'd enough.
Are you doing veggies with the meat? If so, use some of the water used to cook the veggies. Failing that, a splash of boiled water would work well, or stock that is designed for use in babies food.
How old is your baby? Have you offered pureed veggies, oatmeal and fruits? Steak is harder to digest, so depending on the age of your baby..it may be to soon.
They do sel babyfood meats): which are sooo gross! But if you are going to give your baby steak, puree it with already pureed veggies...or use beef stock. You will need something liquid so it will be pureed.
If you are really desparate to give your baby meat then I would use a blender and blend the heck out of it until its basically runny. Use breastmilk or formula to help it go all mushey or add some type of watery veg like carrot or courgette or something similar.
You should not do this. Babies tummies are not capable of digesting this type of meat. Have you ever seen a baby food "ribeye" your baby's tummy is too sensitive for red meat. Stick to turkey or chicken!

How old is baby? Don't purée it. Just cut a pretty big strip she can gnaw and suck on. Google baby led weaning. Pureeing meat is disgusting.

you don't.
A baby is to young to eat steak. You just can't puree it enough to make it small enough to be easily gummed up.
I haven't even let my 2yr old have steak yet. And she eats pretty much everything really well, except fruit and potato peel.
