I'm trying to speed up my µTorrent download, however it never seems to work. I go to 192.168.0.1, then I go to Advanced. I click on Port Forwarding. I set the name to µTorrent, the TCP to 45682 and the UDP to 45682 (as I set my port on µTorrent to 45682 since it is supposed to be faster.)
I then click save settings and reboot router, however I tested on a port checker and they still remained closed.
This problem also appears in all the other thime's ive tried to forward ports for different applications.

Use the command line to test the port forwarding. You'll need to forward a range - ex. 45682 to 45782, this will provide enough open ports for the P2P Users.
Use the NETSTAT command in a CMD prompt to see the port traffic.
Two problems:
a) If by "reboot", you mean "restore", then that would delete the settings.
If you 're just turning the router off and then on again, that should be fine. You have no problems here.
b) As long as you're not restoring the router, then you've forwarded the ports correctly. Now you need to open them in your firewall. If you don't forward the ports in your router and open them in your firewall, you'll remain unconnectable.
