Hi all
I was just wondering whether anyone could give me some advice on what to say:
Basically
I have had my laptop for just over 2 years and 8 months and it costs £500
but now I have a serious problem
I have broken the comma and fullstop keys on accident whilst trying to clean the keyboard because they had some dirt jammed under them which meant they weren't working properly
The problem is
even though I know where to get replacement keys and fit them
my parents are probably gonna be pretty pissed that I broke my laptop's keys
So what can I say to them to explain it without them getting pissed off?
Remember you get a +10 points if I like your answer best

Just show it to them calmly and explain you can get new ones easily. As long as you buy the new keys without any hassle they will understand it can be fixed
Believe me, they are going to get pissed anyway. But if you want to live, just be honest with them.
