You can't. You need to create another profile in English version. This is due to 360 websites domain server locations :

360.yahoo.com English default

ca.360.yahoo.com Canada

uk.360.yahoo.com United Kingdom

de.360.yahoo.com Germany

... and so on

You need to sign out your session and then access to any English sites and create your profile there.
