I have a folding stepper it burns only 610 calories and hour. I'm eating healthy I'm eating oatmeal unenriched 2 a day and chicken with whole wheat bread extra romaine lettuce and a hint of ketchup.
I'm 154 5'4 I used to be 160. How do I lose enough weight I want to be in the 120-136 range. I have a few weeks intill a holiday I want to aleast lose 10 before it it's on August 18. And I wanna lose the rest of the weight before September 4. :(

Also it's true that when you eat bread you put on more weight because it dosnt digeste as fast as other food You could cut down on bread so for lunch have a bowl of cereal
