What can I do to decrease the probation time I will get for possession of cocaine and xanax? I got stopped for speeding and was asked to exit the vehicle when the cop smelled weed. They asked if they could search my vehicle and I said yes. The police completely ignored the weed smell once they found a small baggie of coke and some Xanax in my wallet on the side of the door. Eventually they told me I would be under probation soon this week or next week I have not spoken to any judge old anything yet except when my charges were dropped but not about probation or jail time. I’m 16 by the way. I have never done drugs other than weed I just happened to have it on me I was never technically arrested. Please help I really don’t wanna be under probation I’m a good kid I don’t do anything wrong.
