I´ve been running for ten years now, usually I do 5 to 6.5 miles a day (three times a week), I bike and swim twice a week and I have healthy eating and resting habits, I haven´t change my routine at all but I´ve been extremely tired for the last couple of days. I did a half marathon last weekend and I thought that was the cause, but I´ve done several marathons and this never happened before. I´m I overtrained, if so, what would you recomend??? I have a sprint triathlon next month!!!
Update:Im sorry Jordan, what was that??? Im so sorry if I hurt your feelings :(

if you train that much taking a week off would not hurt your stamina to much. rest is definitely a part of training as to let your body regroup itself and let your muscles grow. a few days off before your marathons could boost your ATP so your not to drained before the run.
you could be getting as much as a simple cold. relax your workout a little maybe. see how that feels. if you keep getting worse, go see a doctor.
it could be a number of things. possibly. age?

i definitely didn't read it all i go up to running, but anywho.
