Sometimes I can get it to appear correctly and other times it shows up as a "?".. I even went to my webeditor and did "Insert -> Symbol" and added it that way and when I posted the page to the site it still came up as a "?". Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...
Update:Thanks! This has been a big help!

For a capital N, type Ñ
For lowercase, type ñ
Be sure to include the semicolon at the end.
EDIT:
Yahoo! Answers is not displaying the code, so I'll put spaces:
Capital: & Ntilde ;
Lower: & ntilde ;
Just take the spaces out of that and they'll display as above.
That's probably because you're trying to use a font that is incomplete and the ñ is missing. I bet it works everytime if you use Ariel for instance.
You can use the Character map in start> all programs> accessories> system tools to display and even copy and paste any character that is in the font you want.
Sometimes the browsers differ in their opinion of what they want as input, and prefer you to use the amper ntilde semi and amper Ntilde semi
Sometimes in my experience they will accept NOTHING BUT the numerics! That is, amper pound 241 semi and amper pound 209 semi (pound being my name for # and I know some folks call it "hash", so whatever...)
I think the numeric form is safest
wow, yahoo won't let you type code at all...
ampersand ntilde semicolon capitalize the n to make it uppercase.
