um, 49000*5 is 245,000, so you are earning over 200k. if you meant to save 200k, i don't think you can unless you don't have to pay tax, pay rent or mortgage.
you should consider living with other people to save money, take public transportation if it's cheaper. or get married, have the other person make as much or more than you make. 100k in 5 years is more realistic
