When we split up he took the bike and hasnt made a payment in 3 months. He isnt a cosigner at all it s completely in my name. Whenever I ask for it back he says he s going to take it back to where I got it from and he hasn t dibe that. & I don t want a repossession I just want it back to sell it. I tried getting it from him and he hid it and hasn t given it back. Now he won t respond. What should I do? Also he signed a written contract to pay the bike payments and car payments and furniture when we broke up because they were all his idea. In doing so none of these were gifts. Is he bound by the contract in NC?
