It's about scamming you. Western Union isn't used for legitimate, normal business transactions. It's used for sending money between friends and family, and it's used for fraud.

You are about to get scammed...who is offering you this loan?  They are going to perform some sort of scam on you...

They might overpay the loan and then demand you refund the difference, before the initial payments ends up being fraudulent...

Sounds like a SCAM.

It looks like a new twist on a loan scam.The scammer "approves" you for a loan but then requires you to pay some sort of fee prior to getting the loan.  Then, as it turns out, there is no loan and the fees that you paid were the scam.

Fee based commissions, You are being offered accounts you don't need, and won't use.

The person gets paid for everyone they can sign up.

Give it a Pass.

But if I had to guess, I'd say you were about to be scammed.
