I am skinny,15 and I got a pullup bar. I did 50 everyday after school. It was very tough. Now I have much bigger biceps and am a lot stronger. I'm 100 lbs and I can bench press 170lbs and can pull up 160lbs. I am not an expert
You got to put on a ton of weight then you work off the fat and turn into muscle then you will be completely ripped af
