let me tell you a little about myself. I am 19yrs old girl who has the athletic body type or boyish figure. Last year i graduated high school in my junior year i was in good shape doing softball and track. Senior year i got a part time job at a restaurant this is where when we were not busy the cooks would make me food, i worked their for 1 year and worked as a office sales agent. few months after graduating i noticed i had a muffin top and went from size 3 jeans to size 4. Now i have the after pregnant body type. With an ugly muffin top. How can i loose this and get back on track??
