At 13 I'm not sure I'd believe what I'm about to tell you but here it goes: don't worry about it, or try not to let it rule your life at least. You're going to spend the next few years going through a lot of body shape changes and a lot of the time feeling really dissatisfied because puberty isn't a nice, smooth process. It comes in uneven bursts leaving you feeling disproportionate, clumsy, fat, ugly, and so on. Some people get a smoother ride - the lucky few and it will feel like the lucky many because for some reason teenagers can't see themselves truly. No, it's true and you're just going to have to take my word for it. Ten years from now when you look at pictures of you in your teens you'll see something different to how you remember it and that different will be so much better than how you remember it. I can't explain the why but I've never met anyone who hasn't felt that way. You're never going to have a child's body again and no matter how sporty you might be, or how much you might be tempted to starve yourself it will never feel the same living inside it again. It takes a long while to get used.
When your bust grows in it will make your stomach look flatter, and so will your hips getting bigger. Also bad posture makes anybody's middle seem thicker and stomach protrude more. I strongly recommend taking up dance (or some other sport the exercises the core muscles) so you learn how to align your spin and not strain your shoulders. That will make you seem taller and slimmer and it also projects more confidence which is something any 13 year old girl needs.
Please understand that the way you feel about your body isn't unique. Advertizing, social media, and all the rest is carefully put together to seem more perfect than real life to make you feel bad in the hopes that you will spend money to feel better. It's a terrible thing to do to anyone, especially teens who are hostages to what their bodies are going to do to them on their body's own schedule and there's nothing they can do about it.
TLDR Wait for you bust to come in and even it out and correct your posture.
it's your diet, eat inflammatory things and things like that will happen......all that junk food and fun food has come home to roost....quit eating junk food, fruit-protein-potato , everything else you see advertised is to make profits, no interest in your health......
[ westonaprice dot org ] knows NUTRITION and what's good for you to eat, nutritionally...that's a lot to read for a young man......
