can’t purge ?
just had a massive binge after a day of trying to eat healthy. I’ve purged so many times before and usually it comes up really easily. no matter how far down i stick my fingers, nothing will come out and I can’t even gag. this happened yesterday night and now idk what to do because I have no other way of getting rid of the calories. I don’t have time to exercise and I feel so stressed. I have loads of homework due into school tomorrow that I have to do and don’t have the time to do hours of exercise tbh.

What is the point of 'eating healthy' when you are severely damaging your teeth, stomach, esophagus and heart by purging? You need to see a dr and be honest about what you've been doing. This sort of cr*p can shorten your life at worst and at best leave you with lifelong health problems.
Show this to your parents. You need help. They need to get you to a doctor and a therapist for your mental illness, and you need to know how much damage you've already done to your body.
Induced barfing is not good for you.
Too late now. Stop the purging. You do so much damage to your body and teeth when you do that. Just get back on track. You couldn't exercise enough in one day to burn off all the calories anyway, so just concentrate on your homework for today and get back on your exercise program tomorrow.
