What is the rest of these before one another?
I keep thinking that Earth is the footstool of rest, of His throne. (Peace, peace, peace will unite, two spiritually and physical, and no Sea)
Bible clarification of note worthy,
Revelation 21:1 “And I saw new Heavens and a new Earth, for the former Heavens and the former Earth had departed, and the Sea was no more”. Aramaic Bible in Plain English (©2010)
2 Peter 3:13 “But according to his promise, we look for The New Heavens and The New Earth, in which dwells righteousness.”
John 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)

Old Testament? What could it have to do with the meet/ and dislodge; time, times and a half, Love to come any thing?
Jacob Wrestles
24Then Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak. 25 When he saw that he had not prevailed against him, he touched the socket of his thigh; so the socket of Jacob’s thigh was dislocated while he wrestled with him. 26 Then he said, “Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.” But he said, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” 27 So he said to him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” 28 He said, “Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel; for you have striven with God and with men and have prevailed.” 29 Then Jacob asked him and said, “Please tell me your name.” But he said, “Why is it that you ask my name?” And he blessed him there. 30 So Jacob named the place Peniel, for he said, “I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved.”

What is bound in Heaven will be loosed on Earth. Few find cause they ask not in Christ Jesus name
..even then few are found worthy cause they ask amiss, for He (Christ Jesus) knows and reveals the the heart and mind, thoughts of man.
That is the most disconnected logic I have ever read.
In either event, taking an angel? I am not so sure. But the story of Sodom and Gomorrah may help.
In it angels are sent down to destroy the city and they find Lot. He treats them with kindness and shows them nothing but brotherly love. While in his house, the men of the city surround the home and demand that Lot show these strangers to them so that they might "know" them (basically rape them). Lot offers his daughters instead, and the men aren't satisfied (some dad he is, right?). The angels put Lot aside confront the crowd and blind them all.
At this point the angels tell Lot he has to flee, so he does and takes his family to a small city some distance away. Gen. 19:4-22. God then destroys the people with fire and brimstone.
So I guess, to take an angel would be to take the angel in and show kindness and charity to a stranger.
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you are asking.
