Question 1) The same as the title question. What does "G.C" mean
in English? I can't find G.C. in my German dictionary
Question 2) I also come across this German advertisement:
I would like to find accomodation in Germany
"Berlin-Mitte: sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, 63 qm,
Keller, Hobbyraum 12 qm, 7 Min. zu U/S-Bahn,
sofort frei, 690 Euro +NK, Tel 030/995 85 03 "
What does this whole German advertisement mean in English?
Does it mean the rent is 690 Euro per month? Does the 690 Euro
include "additional charges" ?
Question 3) What is the difference between "das Auto " and
"der Wagen" ? Or they are the same?
Danke

I think I should someday make up a listing of German ad abbreviations and post it here.
Well, up until then, qm means "Quadratmeter" or "square meters". "7 Min, to S-U-Bahn" means it's a seven minute walk to the next public transport station. (I would have stopped reading there.) "sofort frei" means "immediately available". The 690 Euros do not include additional charges, that's what "+NK" (Nebenkosten) means.
So you'd be renting a flat somewhere out in the sticks for around a thousand Euros per month. Nice try, Mr Landlord, but I wouldn't buy it.
Your third question: "das Auto" is the abbreviation for "das Automobil", so therefore the article "das". "Der Wagen" is actually "the carriage". Nobody in Germany actually uses "der Wagen" anymore; it would be like if you said "the vehicle" instead of "the car".
Your first question I can't answer. "I would like to watch the movie with G.C", yea, but who or what is G.C? I don't know.
1) Im not sure what the "G.C" stands for but the title translates to "I would really like to see the movie with G.C"
2) Sunny 2 bedroom apartment, 63 qm,
basement, hobbyroom 12qm, 7 min to U/S-train,
available immediately, 690euro +utilities, phone #
3) auto means car
wagen wagon
1- I would like to see the film (movie) with G.C. - probably the G.C. is an abreviation for an actor/actress?
2- Centrsl Berlin, sunny 2 room, 63 square meters, basement, 12 square meter hobbyroom (which I guess means game room), 7 minute walk to the train, open immediately, the rent is 690 euro (I am not sure about the +NK, it is an abbreviation for something like the same you see in rental ads in the US and elsewhere but I am not familiar with it), lastly the phone number
3- das auto means the car and der wagon means literally a wagon or cart
I'm a German "gal", but hope I can help anyway ;)
1. G.C. isn't a German abbrevation but I would guess is the initials of an actor as the whole sentence reads "I want to see the film with G.C."
2. The ad is "Berlin-Mitte (which is a part of Berlin- "center"): sunny 2 room appartment (note that this most likely doesn't mean 2 bedrooms but two rooms total, i.e. 1 bedroom and 1 living room (which might also include a kitchen as there is no kitchen mentioned separately)), 63 square meters, basement (normally is a room / parcel for storing things, not living area), Hobbyroom, 7 minutes walk to subway, available immediately, 650 Euro a month PLUS additional charges (i.e. electricity, water etc).
3. Auto is specifically automobile / car, whereas Wagen is more general term. It's normally used for car but could - depending on context - mean a variety of wheeled transport options.
I'm guessing G.C. is George Clooney.
