Hi, thankyou for answering my question.
I am really interested in attending George Washington University or Trinity College in Washington D.C.
I will be soon be visiting Washington D.C., the weekend of Columbus this coming October.
I am just worried that I am doing this for nothing because what if I don't get in to either? I live in New York and everybody at my school and outside of school says schools in New York would be the best for me.
But I LOVE Washington D.C, and it has been my goal to attend College there.
But do I have a chance? I mean, I am a good student, I work and I volunteer but I'm not a straight A student.
I do National Honors Society and National Society of High School Scholars but that's nothing compared to what those kinds of College look for in their undergraduates right?
I am so confused, any advice would be helpful and some tips also. Anything about GWU or Trinity would be awesome!
Thanks alot :)

Hello Neshad
You seem to be a wonderful candidate for any student body. The question the admissions office and committee will have is whether you can keep up with their college's academic requirements.
There are a number of very good free online services in which you can put in your personal information, scores, interests, desired majors, and the like and the service will suggest schools likely to accept you. My favorite is College Matchmaker. The web address is below.
