Hey. I am having some trouble with this problem:
For the wave function y = 0.02sin(30x – 400t) with all standard units, what is the wavelength,
frequency, and velocity of the wave?
If you can help in any way please do.
Thank you!
Update:If it's possible please show the steps I need to take to get the answer.

You can compare y=0.02sin(30x - 400t)
to y=0.02 sin (wt) = 0.02 sin (2*pi* f*t)
thus 2*pi*f= 400
Therefore frequency= 400 / 2pi (Hz)
Wavelength=light speed is divided by frequency= C/f= C/ ( 400/ 2pi)= 3*10^8 * 2 *3.14159 / 400
= 4.5x10^6 (meters)
velocity= light speed =3*10^8 (meters/ Second)
