I've never tried a problem like this.
If the mass is .22kg, and the centripetal force at 3 o'clock is 18N, then the 18N is the centripetal force in the stick, free of gravitational acceleration.
(9.8 x .22) = 2.156N, + 18N = 20.156N tension at 6 o'clock;
(18N - 2.156N) = 15.844N tension at 12 o'clock position.
