So far this is what I have figured out but the answer is incorrect. I'm not really sure where i'm going wrong.
(e^x)^(2) - 6e^x + 8 = 0
(e^(x) - 4)(e^(x) - 2) =0
e^x = 4 and e^x= 2
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

x = ln4, ln2
e^(2x) - 6*e^(x) + 8 = 0
(e^(x) - 4)(e^(x) - 2) = 0
e^(x) = 4 and e^(x) = 2
x = ln(4), x = ln(2).
