Now try sys.restore it should work. now reboot Again, this time keep hitting F8 as it starts up, select normal startup the hit enter....Or, in safe mode retype 'msconfig' and under 'General' select 'Normal start up' then ok and reboot.Your back to normal All your probs. should be over.
