Im lonely. I dont look for a boyfriend, nor do I date online or able to go out much due a health condition. but people have told me, “youll meet someone oneday, there’s a somone for everyone” is that just to make us all feel special and loveable. Or is is true? And is there more than one possibiliy for us, love wise?

They are just trying to make you feel better. Nobody is entitled to love and plenty of people remain single for their entire lives. This isn't a bad thing. You don't need a partner to be a whole and fulfilled person. But, if you open yourself up to it, and make a sincere effort to look, you probalby will find someone eventually. The only way to fail is to never try.
