Well, first u gotta multiply whats inside those parentheses (5 times 2), wich equals 10, and then there's another multiplication that would be 10 times x, and we don't know what number equals x so we leave it as x... therefore 10x.
Also if u find the numerical value of x you just multiply again (example: x=2, so 10(2)=20)
