Update:Explain how having a negative self-schema affects one’s social interactions. How does social intelligence affect one’s responses in any given situation? How might a person’s self-guides affect his or her perspective of the world?

um, I think you might be missing part of the question there. A negative self-schema will create internal conflict that will inevitably affect a person's behavior around others. It may cause paranoia, stuttering, skepticism, egotistical behavior, affect judgment and thought process. It will affect posture, voice inflections and disposition (such as irritability) that will be read by others. I'm guess the second part of the question was "how does social intelligence affect social interactions". Social intelligence is essentially your social IQ and allows you to handle yourself and others in various settings. It would probably be easier to just look up social intelligence on Wikipedia, since its very definition is likely an answer to the question.

Thought creates behaviour and behaviour creates action. If someone has a negative view of themselves then it will show in their body language, their facial expression, tone of voice etc
